Disney Sued for Alleged Religious Discrimination
A Sikh named Mr. Channa has filed a case against Walt Disney World Amusement Park. Mr. Channa is a musician. He said when a applied for a with Disney in the Fall of 2006 Disney refused to hire him because of his turban.
The case has been filed by The Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund in collaboration with Matthew Sarelson of Sarelson, P.A.
